The 365-Day
Discipline Tracker

You don't rise to the level of your goals. You fall to the level of your systems.

The survival instinct that once ran your life can become the engine that rebuilds it — but only if you point it at something on purpose, every single day. Discipline isn't punishment. It's the daily deposit that compounds into an unshakeable life. This tracker holds you to it for a full year: one page, 365 boxes, one simple rule — don't break the chain.

How it works: pick two or three keystone disciplines. Do them daily. Fill in the box for the day you keep your word to yourself. Miss a day? You never miss twice. The goal isn't perfection — it's a chain long enough that you refuse to break it.

Step one

Choose your keystone disciplines

Fewer is stronger. Two or three you will actually do beats ten you'll abandon by February. Write them here, then track them below.

  1.  ____________________________________________
e.g. Read scripture & pray before the phone · Move my body 30 minutes · One hard thing before noon
  2.  ____________________________________________
Make it specific and daily — a clear yes/no you can answer at day's end.
  3.  ____________________________________________
Optional third. Guard against adding more until these are automatic.

The five rules

How the chain holds

1. Show up scared

Motivation is a liar. Do it on the days you don't feel like it — those are the reps that actually build you.

2. Never miss twice

One missed day is life. Two is the start of a new, worse pattern. Get right back in the next morning.

3. Keep it small enough to keep

A discipline you can do on your worst day still counts. Shrink it before you quit it.

4. Watch the chain grow

The visual streak becomes its own motivation. You'll protect a long chain far more than a vague goal.

5. Don't carry it alone

Discipline survives in brotherhood and dies in isolation. Share your keystones with someone who will actually ask — your pack, your spouse, a brother — and report to them every week. Accountability is the difference between a private resolution and a life that truly changes.

Step two

Your year, one box at a time

Start on any date. Fill a box each day you keep your keystones. Print it, tape it where you'll see it every morning.

= a day you kept your word. Empty = a day to win back tomorrow.

A year from today, you'll wish you had started today. So start today — and don't break the chain.
